HERDAR Wheels and Castors lnd. Co., Ltd. established in 1991, China.Main office HERDAR lnd. Co., Ltd. Was funded in 1982,Taiwan.
HERDAR is a specialized manufacturer of castors and wheels with over 20 years’ history,more then 70 percent of products are exported to USA, Canada, Europe, Australia, Southeast Asia,And other countries and areas all over the world.
In 1999,new factory HERDAR MATERIAL HANDLINE EQUIPMENT CO., LTD.With over 50,000 square feet was under roof. We have expanded investment in new tool design equipment and new production facilities including automatic PU liquid casting line, injection machine,CNC, line cutting machine recent years. The latest automatic equipment, precision laboratory tester,highest quality, best service and competitive pricing enable us to gain an outstanding reputation in the international market.

HERDAR adopts various testing tools to test before,during and after production,once a caster has completed,our lab is used for both static and dynamic testing of casters and components.New ,we have designed drum endurance test, dynamic loading test,drop weight impact test,tests all we designed are imitated different actual conditions when a product is used by the end user.

HERDAR has set up a perfect operation system from mouldes development, in-process,testing,delivery and service.Now, HERDAR owes process from moulds making,forging,stamping,machining,Plastic injection,PU casting,Rubber making,plating and assembly.
ERP management system is adapted to handle whole process including order receipt, purchase, stock, manufacture management and delivery.
